Service Description

I offer individual counselling in a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect and work through what's weighing on you. Sessions are also available online for your comfort and flexibility, making it easier to access the support you need, wherever you are. Individual sessions are also offered online across Ontario and BC.
