Healing Starts Within
A Space to Strengthen, Soothe, and Empower Your Mind
Find it easy to care for others, but difficult to show the same compassion towards yourself? Let's explore what it means to offer that same kindness inward - to slow down, be offered understanding, and remember that you deserve care too. Let's start that conversation.

A Bit About Me
From a young age, I've always been drawn to supporting others. My journey began at Community Living Sarnia-Lambton, where I worked with individuals and youth navigating disabilities and mental health challenges. That experience sparked a deep passion for helping others feel seen, supported, and understood, a passion that's only grown stronger over the years.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Disability Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University and went on to earn my Master's in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Today, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #17139) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Along the way, I've had the privilege of learning from people and cultures around the world, experiences that have shaped my belief that healing is deeply personal and never a one-size-fits-all.

In my work, I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach, one that recognizes the connection between mind, body and soul. Our bodies often hold stories that words along can't express, and I love supporting clients reconnect with themselves through mindfulness and somatic awareness. My goal is to create a safe, grounded space where you can begin to explore your experiences at your own pace, whether you're looking for emotional safety, physical calm, or a place to simply breathe.

Once that foundation of safety is built, we'll work together to find what feels right for you. I draw from a range of approaches, including somatic therapy, mindfulness-based work, strengths-based therapy, person centered care, DBT, ACT and CBT. I believe therapy should be collaborative, so I take time to explain different approaches, empowering you to make informed choices about your own healing journey.

Most of all, I want you to know this is a space free of judgement, a place where you can show up exactly as you are. Beginning therapy can bring up anxiety or uncertainty; I've been there myself. But I've also learned how much growth and peace can come from taking that first step. When you're ready, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you as you begin your own journey toward healing and self-discovery.
