But it doesn't have to stay that way. Together we can start to untangle the thoughts, emotions, and stories that are keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect with who you truly are.

My approach is gentle and collaborative. We'll work at your pace towards understanding your experiences, finding compassion for the parts of you that are hurting, and begin to build a life that feels more aligned and whole.

We'll create space to honour your needs, quiet that inner critic, and learn to treat yourself with the same kindness you show others.
